Is MyBabe a real person?

No. MyBabe is an AI-powered companion. It uses advanced AI to simulate natural conversation, remember details about you, and provide emotional support. It is not a real human being.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your conversations are encrypted and stored securely. We never sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising. You can delete your data at any time from the app settings.

How does the AI remember things about me?

MyBabe uses a memory system that extracts key facts from your conversations, like your name, interests, important dates, and how you're feeling. These memories are used to personalize future conversations so your companion genuinely knows you over time.

What is the difference between Free and Premium?

Free gives you 5 messages per day with basic personality and 7-day memory. Premium unlocks unlimited messages, permanent memory, personality customization, Telegram integration, voice replies, proactive check-ins, and more.

Can I talk to my companion on Telegram?

Yes. Premium users can connect their companion to Telegram. Your companion will respond to messages on Telegram just like in the app, with full memory and personality intact.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime through your Apple App Store account settings. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > MyBabe > Cancel. Your Premium access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is there an age requirement?

Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to use MyBabe. The app verifies your date of birth during onboarding and will block access if you are under 18.

Can I change my companion's personality?

Yes. You can update your companion's personality traits and communication style at any time from the companion settings screen. Your companion's memory and conversation history are preserved when you make changes.

What happens if I delete my account?

All your data is permanently deleted within 30 days, including your companion, conversations, memories, and profile information. This action cannot be undone.

Does MyBabe replace therapy or professional help?

No. MyBabe is designed for entertainment and emotional companionship. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.
